A credit pack is a one-time payment processed by our payment partner, which handles processing, tax, and invoicing. There is no monthly billing and no recurring charge.

Is there a subscription to cancel?

No. Credit packs are one-time purchases, so there is nothing to cancel. Purchased credits are valid for 90 days from the purchase date.

Do I get credits when I start?

As soon as your profile is approved, your first job application is free — one free application in any category, no card and no cost. After that, each application costs 2 credits. The Free plan is always available.

Do you handle payments for cleaning services?

No. Connect Cleaner does not process, hold, or intermediate payments between clients and professionals. Professionals and clients agree on payment terms directly. Buying a credit pack is the only charge processed through the platform.
